Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of project completion with your concerns. We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue. In most cases, we can address your concerns through revisions rather than refunds.

Unlimited Revisions

Rather than offering refunds, we provide unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied. This ensures you get exactly what you need. We'll keep working with you until the design meets your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available if:

• You request a refund within 14 days of project completion
• The work provided doesn't meet the agreed-upon specifications
• We fail to deliver the service as promised

Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You simply change your mind about the design (we offer unlimited revisions instead)
• The request is made more than 14 days after project completion
• You've used or distributed the design commercially

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You may see the refund within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
